Monday 3rd Aug
I have decided that I will do this fundraiser and complete 100 sit ups a day beginning next week 10th of August. Bravehearts is a foundation that I feel strongly about due to my own story. The work they do is very important and prioritises protecting children from child sexual abuse and harm.

I will be getting my friends and family involved in this. Most sit ups will be completed by me but the ones my friends and family complete will contribute to the end goal. 

Not only am I doing this for the cause but I am also doing it for my own fitness and weight loss journey that I have been on for a few years now.

I ask my family and friends to donate what they can and to share this around. Let’s get the message out there!
