This Bravehearts Day — Friday 12th September, 2025 — I’m raising funds and awareness for the prevention of child sexual abuse.

This is not just a cause I care about — it’s part of my lived experience.

As a survivor, I know firsthand the deep and lasting impact child sexual abuse can have. No child should ever have to carry that pain — and no survivor should ever feel alone.

Bravehearts is doing incredible work to educate, prevent, and support — and I’m proud to stand with them in creating a safer future for all children.
